How do I return an item?

At Brunson Nail Drill, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Any order that has been shipped, falls within a returnable category (7-day window), and is within 7 days from the date of delivery is eligible for a return request.

Eligible for Return

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is not as described on our website (non-defective)
  • The product is damaged upon delivery (defective)

Conditions:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, in original unopened packaging, with all tags intact
  • Opened products are accepted only if incorrect or not as described

Conditional Returns

Returns may be accepted under specific conditions for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Product not as expected
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Wrong size or variant selected

Conditions:

  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be in original sealed packaging with all accessories included
  • Certain product categories may not be eligible (see below)

Non-Returnable Products

Returns, exchanges, or replacements are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products not returned in original condition or packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Products that have been assembled or modified
  • Free of charge (FOC) delivery items
  • International orders

Your Refund

For Delivered Products:

  • Refund applies to the product value only
  • Shipping and return fees are non-refundable for personal return reasons

You will receive a full refund if:

  • The product is faulty or damaged upon delivery
  • The product is not as described
  • The return is due to an error on our side (pricing, product, or description)

For Undelivered Orders:

  • Full refund is issued if the order is cancelled before shipment

Refund Procedure

Refunds are processed according to your original payment method:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded as store credit
  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to your card or as store credit (your choice)

Refund Timeline

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Within 30 days
  • Store Credit: Within 3 days after inspection

For cancelled orders (before shipping):

  • Store Credit: Within 3 days
  • Card Refund: Within 30 days

Your Resolution Options

Once your return is approved, you may choose:

Exchange

Exchange your item for a different product, size, or variant (subject to stock availability).
Processed within 1–2 working days after inspection.

Credit Note

Receive the refund as a store credit, usable for future purchases.
No expiry date.

Refund

Receive your amount back to your original payment method.
